Each party should complete a litigation plan and a discovery plan and file it with the Court one week prior to the scheduling conference. Alternatively, the parties are encouraged to stipulate to the deadlines and file one litigation plan and a joint discovery plan. The litigation plan should contain specific dates for particular deadlines rather than a length of time after a certain event, such as a decision on dispositive motions. Scheduling conferences will be held by telephone with the Court’s law clerk. The Judge will conduct a later status conference during discovery to be held either in-person or by zoom, with all parties appearing in the same manner. The Judge may set additional dates for status conferences during the pendency of the litigation.
The Court's litigation plan and discovery plan may be found HERE.
