Following the guidance of the United States Administrative Office along with the CDC and monitoring local activity, the US Courts, District of Idaho has moved into Phase II of our COVID-19 operation plan, which means our court staff will largely work remotely when possible.
If court staff needs assistance in remote work and connecting to the courts VPN they may find the following resources helpful.
Pulse Secure is the product the US Courts use for our VPN and connection to the DCN. Pulse Secure should already be installed and configured on your court supplied laptop.
You should have an icon on your task bar or you could also find this in your windows start menu.
Click the Pulse Secure icon and connect to the Courts VPN. When asked for credentials you should use your JENIE account. For the secondary password, type PUSH if you wish to use two factor authentication on your phone using DUO.
