100+ citizens across Idaho received a jury scam voicemail recording from the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho, Civil Services Division.
Five menu options provided: (1) Warrants, (2) Civil Services Division, (3) Judicial Services Dept., (4) Schedule appointment w/Probational Track Services Team, and (5) Lead Shift Supervisor Major Chad Trevino. Provided email (info@juryservices.org) for immediate assistance online.
Do not return their phone call or send an email. This is a scam.
The standard business hours for the intake counters of the office of the clerk of court will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except on legal holidays and any other day so ordered by the Court.
The clerkâs office staff is available for telephone assistance between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
