Scheduling Conferences
Rule 16 Scheduling Conference

Scheduling Conference Procedures

The parties are required to discuss deadlines, jointly complete a litigation plan and a discovery plan, and file the joint litigation plan and discovery plan with the Court two weeks prior to the scheduling conference. The litigation plan should contain specific dates rather than a length of time. If necessary, a scheduling conference will be conducted by the Judge's Courtroom Deputy/Judicial Assistant by telephone.

The Court's litigation plan and discovery plan may be found HERE.
