Change in Judge Pappas' 362 Preliminary Hearings Calendar

Judge Pappas has decided to hear all of his 362 preliminary hearings (Boise and Pocatello) on one morning a month in Boise. (Twin Falls 362 hearing will be conducted in Twin Falls as usual.) These matters will be set on a Wednesday morning calendar. Pocatello cases will be conducted by video, then Boise cases will be conducted in person.

November 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m.will be the first “362" morning.
