     Jim Spinner is an owner in the firm of Service, Spinner & Gray, Pocatello, Idaho.

     He is a graduate of Utah State University and received his law degree from the University of Idaho in 1985. Jim is a member of the board of governors for the ISB Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section, serves on the executive committee for the Idaho State University Tax Institute, and currently is an officer for the Sixth Judicial District bar.

     He practices in the areas of commercial law and bankruptcy and is a contract attorney for the State of Idaho, Department of Health and Welfare, Child Support Services. Jim is also an adjunct faculty member in the Idaho State University paralegal program.
