          Kim Gourley received his B.B.A. degree from the University of Portland in 1981 and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho School of Law in 1986. Mr. Gourley served as the executive editor of the Idaho Law Review in 1985-86.  Before entering law school, Mr. Gourley worked as an internal auditor for the Union Pacific Corporation and as an external auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co.  Since beginning private practice in 1986, his principal areas of practice include banking, commercial, and bankruptcy law, corporate law, real estate law, foreclosures, construction law, eminent domain law and litigation in those areas.
