Electronic Filing Registration is a 4 step process; 1. Register for a PACER account at the PACER Service Center. 2. Complete the Bankruptcy on-line ECF tutorial and/or the District on-line ECF tutorial and view the video "CM/ECF An Attorney's Perspective" 3. Complete the ECF Registration Form and submit. Accounts will not be issued to persons submitting incomplete forms. Be sure to check that all information is accurate and legible, especially your telephone number and email address. Your username and password will be provided to you during your training which you must sign up for in the next step. 4. Complete Court provided training as required. (View Class Schedule) NOTE: If you are previously registered for an ECF account in another state, you may waive our training requirement. |
