John Greenfield

The Advocate Editorial Advisory Board has chosen the article, 'Idaho Comes of Age in High Profile 1907 Murder Case', written by John F. Greenfield, Huntley Park, LLC, Boise as the best article written for The Advocate in the 2006-2007 issue year. The article was written for the Idaho Legal History Society, which published the December 2006 Advocate. This award is presented annually to an Idaho State Bar member/author who has a feature article published in The Advocate. Criteria include: writing that is clear, concise, and interesting; with information that is pertinent and relevant to the lawyer-members of the ISB. In addition to John’s article the following articles were considered: 1) Crow Dog: Tribal Sovereignty and Criminal Jurisdiction in Indian Country, Judge Gaylen Box, 2) Board Meeting Minutes: The Basics, Thomas B. Chandler and William C. Wardwell. 3) Tribal Sovereign Immunity: A Primer, Clay R. Smith.
