ENTRY OF JUDGMENT

In every action or proceeding terminating in a judgment, there must be filed, separate from any findings of fact, conclusions of law, memorandum, opinion, or order, a judgment which must state in simple and direct terms the judgment of the Court, must be signed by the judge or the Clerk as allowed by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 77(c)(2)(C) and must comply in other respects with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58.
